Hospitalised since November 2025, Prathamesh continued to spread smiles and positivity, even sharing light-hearted updates from his hospital bed. His last Instagram reel, posted on January 5, reflected the same courage and warmth that defined his journey.

The heartbreaking news was confirmed on January 26 by his close friend Tanmay Chandramohan Patekar, who remembered Prathamesh for his unbreakable spirit and optimism despite ongoing health struggles.
