2. Refunds for Overpayment: Refunds for overpaid amounts or incorrect charges, will be refund that time up to 5 weeks.
3. No Refunds for Delivered Ads: No refunds for ads that ran and were delivered as scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Notice Period: Minimum notice period within 36 hours to cancel ad campaigns is required.
2. Cancellation Fees: Fees for cancelling ad campaigns will be refunded back after deducting 5% charge of ad amount.
3. Immediate Cancellation: Option to immediately cancel ad campaigns, with potential penalties.
4. Campaign Pause: Ability to pause campaigns temporarily, with option to resume later.
