Today on 21st June International Yoga day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by INO in varioue institutes and parks etc.

This year weather has become a littlebit after after the scorching heat of may and june 2024.

In my personalview it would havebeen better if yoga day happened in october /November due to the hot weather of india.may be the day was decided as 21 june is the biggest day of the year due to positioning of Sun.
