Dhyaan

In the sixth chapter of Poojniye Geeta Bhagwan Shiri Krishna explained about Dhyaan.

When MA Parvati asked Shiva about enlightenment then Shiva told her about Dhyaan/ Meditation.He told her 112 meditation techniques to choose one from it.It is known as more than 5000 years old holy text.

In Ashtang Yog of Ptanjali  Dhayan comes at the seventh step to enlightenment .

Bhagwat Mahavir swami ,Lord Budha Great Guru Guru nanak Dev ji all got enlightenment through Dhyaan

Dhyaan is withdrawing all the senses inward., by practising one day it happens.

Meditation is not a religious practise,it is spiritual practise,Though it is practised in various forms in various religions.its Purpose is ti go inward with mindfulness.

In the beginning you can do guided meditation that will slowly lead you to mindfulness.

Meditation has various benefits for spiritual growth as well as health benefits ,emotional stability ,social awareness,relationship and work improvements ,which may eventually provide one with great business benefits.It improves the working capacity of brain.Our brain gets full rest only during meditation,scientists have also approved this fact after doing various experiments in the labs also.

It is the simplest way to reduce stress ,so now meditation has become need of the hour.
